Septic Tanks

Septic systems are just like any other appliance or piece of equipment a homeowner may own. It must have proper care and maintenance to achieve maximum potential and the longest life possible. There are several types of septic systems available and each have their own requirements for care and maintenance.

After the first initial pump out we set you on a schedule to maintain the life of your septic tank, many factors attribute to the frequency needed. We take into consideration the number of bathrooms in the home or office, the number of people that live in the home, how many workers are in the office and how much the septic system is being put to use. For home and offices this frequency is usually anywhere from 1 to 3 years depending on the circumstances.

To make our job and the cleaning of your septic tank easier, we offer the option to install risers and lids which is highly recommended. We do the installing ourselves and it will follow soon after the initial pump out. The risers are placed on the septic tank to bring the lids ground level. This prevents digging the lids up every time a pump out is needed. Once the risers are in place we cover them with plastic lids and seal them shut. Once this one-time installation is done, we will come back for our scheduled maintenance whenever that may be and no digging is involved. We are able to locate our above ground lids, prop them open, access the septic tank lids and pump out your septic tank easier and quicker than ever.
